How did you all like the Pineapple Passion Juice yesterday? It’s one of my favorite recipes. Today I bring you my second recipe in the four day after Labor Day cleanse. I have a sweet and delicious beet juice blend. Most people probably will not like the strong flavor of beet juice but I love it! Beet’s are so so so good for you. Beets are rich in antioxidants and a great natural anti-inflamitory. It’s also thought by some that beets contain properties that may significantly reduce one’s risk of cancer. Basically beet’s are delicious and really good for you. So if you want to beet many diseases and illnesses consume beets regularly. Most of my juice recipes will make between 25-32 oz of juice. I will tell you how much juice I was able to get out of the produce I had but it will vary depending on how large or small yours is.
Today’s recipe is a yummy blend of beets, apples and carrots. The flavor of beets is a little earthy and very strong but once you get used to it you’ll love it.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2-medium red apple’s
cinnamon-completely optional. I like to add a little spice occasionally to my juices just to mix it up a bit.
Start by prepping your fruit. I like to cut my carrots in half because if I stick a really long carrot in the juicers shute carrot bits will fly everywhere before I can push them down.Enjoy! This juice is so delicious and I hope you like it as much as I do.
Ohh look at the frothy deliciousness!
