Banana, Avocado, and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1banana, sliced
  • ½avocado, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup 1% milk
  • 6ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Blend banana, avocado, spinach, milk, ice cubes, honey, and vanilla extract together in a blender until smooth.

  • Cook's Note:

    If you’d like to make the smoothie sweeter just add more honey than what the original recipes says!

    Skim milk can be used in place of the 1% milk, if desired.
