    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the butter, then mix in the coconut sugar, stevia, and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk one egg and pour half into the sugar mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the GF flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Put the dry mixture into the wet mixture, then finally stir in the oats and chocolate.
  • Dollop the cookie batter onto the baking sheet (10 cookies). Also the cookies will make a wet batter, so leave room in between each dollop.
  • Bake for 12 minutes then allow to cool.
