Combine all spices in an airtight container.Store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
When making taco meat:Cook meat in a skillet and drain, add 8 tsp of seasoning mix for every pound of cooked meat and add 1/2-3/4 cups water for every pound of meat.Bring to a boil and stir, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
