  • 1cupdried fruit (I like craisins)
  • 12 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7ounces canned sweetened condensed milk

    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix dry ingredients well.
  • Add condensed milk until dry mixture is coated.
  • Using a teaspoon put a heap of cookie mixture on parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Flatten mixture slightly (cookies do not spread).
  • Bake at 325 for about 10 minutes or until coconut turns light brown ( be careful not to burn).
  • Transfer cookies on cooling racks.
  • Store in an airtight container.
