Burger King is reopening 70 stores across the UK – full list of restaurants

Burger King is set to open a number of restaurants from next Monday as they gradually reopen stores. The fast food chain closed branches amid the coronavirus but has started reopening stores over the last few weeks.

Like many restaurants across the country, Burger King shut up shop as the coronavirus lockdown tightened.

However, they have worked on a plan to reopen branches across the UK.

Following government guidelines, the fast food chain has started opening stores for delivery and Drive Thru.

This began last month with a handful of stores across the UK, including the first Drive Thru restaurant in Havant.

Burger King has announced it will open a further 72 stores from next Monday that will be based across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

A further 40 branches to be opened for delivery the following week.

As branches start to open again, Burger King has put a focus on the health of employees and customers.

The chain has issued masks and gloves and given social distancing training to those returning to work.

They have also introduced new cleaning measures and are offering contactless delivery.
