  • 1 -2teaspooncurry powder
  • 4ounces shredded cheese (cheddar or cheddar-jack)
  • 1cupseasoned bread crumbs

    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Cook noodles or pasta to al dente, in boiling salted water.
  • Spray 10 x 14 casserole dish with Pam and add noodles.
  • Spread broccoli over noodles. Broccoli can be pre-cooked or raw.
  • Spread shredded chicken over broccoli.
  • Mix canned soup with mayonnaise and add curry, to taste. Spread over casserole.
  • Sprinkle cheese over and top with seasoned bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes, or until browned on top.
