Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into 16 meatballs.
Thread meatballs, bell peppers, and zucchini alternately on four 14-inch or eight 7-in metal skewers. Place on broiler pan rack.
In small bowl, combine oil, oregano, lemon peel and salt; mix well. Brush mixture over kabobs.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning kabobs 2 or 3 times and brushing occasionally with remaining oil mixture.
