  • 13 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoonslemon juice
  • 1 dashground black pepper
  • 14 teaspoonkosher salt
  • 1 dashgarlic powder
  • 8 ounces broccoli florets from 1 large head broccoli, stems reserved for another use
  • Directions

  • Preheat the broiler and place the rack in the middle, roughly 8" from the heating element.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except broccoli.Stir broccoli florets in to coat.
  • Spread broccoli on a rimmed baking sheet.Broil 7 minutes until the edges are crisp and lightly charred.
  • Serve immediately.You can add a sprinkle of cayenne or smoked paprika if you want a little extra kick.
