DIRECTIONS •Scrub and slice the potato about 5 mm thick. •Preheat the oven to 175°C. •In a wok, combine the milk, butter, flour, salt and pepper over low heat whisking continuously until the sauce thickens. Simmer for 5 minutes. •Remove from heat; stir in cheese until melted. Add the potatoes, onions and garlic and mix. •Transfer to an oiled baking dish.
