Cracker Barrel Has Some Super-Comforting Fall Menu Items Like Carrot Cake And A Pumpkin Pie Latte

As August winds down, we’re getting a glimpse of all the delicious seasonal food and and drinks that await us during fall. And, guys, it’s all really good. One of the most exciting new offerings we have to look forward to is a whole mess of comforting and warm fall treats at Cracker Barrel.
The chain announced the new menu additions this week, which includes the previously mentioned Chicken Pot Pie, as well as some sweet treats. We’ll start off with my personal favorite, carrot cake. Their cake is baked with coconut, pineapple, walnuts, cinnamon, and vanilla and is topped with a spread of cream cheese icing and chopped pecans for the perfect way to end literally any meal…or to eat for breakfast…or to eat for a snack. I want it all the time.
If you’re looking for something to pair it with, the chain is also serving a Pumpkin Pie Latte made with coffee and pumpkin pie flavors and it’s topped with whipped cream, a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice, and a vanilla thin stick. You can get this hot or iced so no need to wait until it gets cold. Finally, the chain is adding peach tea, which, yes, is not the coziest of items, but since it’s still hot as heck out, we’ll take it.
In addition to the seasonal items, the chain is also majorly revamping its kids menu, adding things like Mini Confetti Pancakes, Lil’ Barrel Cheeseburgers, a Dirt Cup (a highly underrated dessert, IMO), and a Milk n’ Cookies Straw, which is exactly as cool as it sounds. It’s a straw filled with a cookies and cream flavor that sweetens up your milk. I love it.
Pop in to your local Cracker Barrel to pick up any of these new items and start dreaming of cold weather and crunchy leaves.
