Eggs have been shown to reduce appetite, which can give weight loss efforts a boost.

Various studies have shown eggs to have this effect.

One study from the Department of Psychology, Saint Louis University, Missouri, looked into the effects of eggs on keeping test subjects feeling full.

The study found 30 overweight women reported feeling fuller and eating less in the day after eating eggs for breakfast, compared to eating a bagel.

Another study from the same university found those who ate egg for breakfast lost 65 percent more weight.

They also saw a 34 percent decrease in their waist circumference over eight weeks.

What is the healthiest way to cook eggs?

The NHS said: “Eggs can be enjoyed as part of a healthy, balanced diet, but it’s best to cook them without adding salt or fat.

Another traditional morning treat has been shown to lead to less belly fat.

Coffee helps with weight loss, and having it three times a day is linked to lower belly fat.

In fact, the more you drink the lower your belly fat, so the study seems to suggest.

The diet trick was revealed in The Journal of Nutrition.

Data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey showed a link between how many cups of coffee women drink a day and their total body fat and belly fat.

It found women aged between 20 and 44 who drank two or three cups of coffee a day had the lowest level of body fat.

Women who drank coffee, of any age, had an average body fat percentage 2.8 percent lower than women of any who didn’t.

Interestingly, the results were the same even if the coffee was decaffeinated.
