Holly Willoughby, 40, appears most days on television, as a result, she works hard to maintain an incredible figure. For the next couple of months, the presenter is fronting Dancing on Ice alongside This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield, and as a result, millions see her in beautiful ballgowns and figure-hugging red-carpet worthy dresses. But how did she get her body and what workouts does she do to maintain it?
Holly, who has three children, explained her view on discussing weight loss.
She said it’s “personal”, but that “everybody knows” how she transformed her body.
“It’s a personal thing for me, and I think people get obsessive with it,” Holly revealed to Sunday Times Magazine previously.
“Everybody knows what leads to a healthy lifestyle, but it’s not up to me to give you a blow-by-blow account of what I’ve eaten that day. It’s not helpful, and it’s not what’s important.”

In terms of what workouts Holly does, she’s never specified, but it’s been widely reported that she enjoys kickboxing and Pilates or yoga.
Boxing is a great full-body workout, it builds stamina and core strength, and 300 calories can be burnt in just 30 minutes.
Holly’s former Celebrity Juice co-star Keith Lemon said: “I’ve heard a rumour that it’s some sort of boxing.”
And an insider revealed to Now magazine once: “Holly loves kickboxing and finds it an easy way to stay trim.
“She even has a kickboxing bag in her spare room, so she can work out at home.”
Not all of Holly’s workouts are high impact, after she gave birth to her daughter Belle, Holly took up Pilates.
Lynne Robinson was the lady who trained Holly at home, with one-to-one sessions costing £60 an hour.
Lynne told The Sun: “I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week.

“Holly had postnatal mat work classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core”.
And during a conversation with Hello!, Lynned explained how Pilates target the core, helping to trim and waist and flatten the stomach.
“In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a new body,” she said.
“With Holly, I really enjoyed teaching her, we always made sure we had a bit of a giggle as well, and of course, I would love to think that with everybody I’ve taught they’re still carrying on.”
In terms of the diet Holly follows, it can be tricky counting calories when she gets to try lots of delcious foods cooked for by some of the best chefs in the industry on This Morning.
It is said she sticks to a relatively low-carb diet.
A source told Fabulous Online Holly opts for chicken and fish, served with lots of vegetables.
After all, “I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me,” she explained to Prima.
