The Friends star follows a strict diet and wellness regime in order to stay slim and she has recently shared her tips.
Jennifer explained she will follow an intermittent fasting diet plan and will restrict herself to eating all her meals within an eight hour window each day.
The actress will fast for the remaining 16 hours and only allow herself to have low-calorie liquids during this time.
Opening up about her eating schedule, Jennifer explained she will usually start her day at 9am by drinking celery juice.
Speaking to Radio Times, she said: “I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning. I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours.”
What is intermittent fasting?
The diet plan is said to have a number of health benefits as well as helping people manage their weight.
Those on the plan will eat all their daily calories within a set period each day and fast for the remaining hours.
Some people, like Jennifer, will choose to eat within an eight hour time slot and avoid food after this.
Others will follow a more extreme plan where they will fast for 23 hours of the day and have all their meals in just one sitting.
As well as following the diet plan, Jennifer explained she has used exercise to stay in shape.

Starting the day with a workout, she said she likes to meditate and go to the gym, even if it’s just for 20 minutes.
“I feel really beautiful when I finish a great workout,” she told the publication.
“Because I’ve taken care of my body, my endorphins are going, my blood is pumping. I’m taking care of the one body I have.”
However, she explained the importance of having a rest day and will allow herself days to recover.
Jennifer has previously spoken about losing two stone in 1994 before she landed her role in Friends.
The actress was encouraged to lose weight from her already tiny frame as her agent said her size was stopping her from getting jobs.
However, Jennifer explained her eating habits were unhealthy at the time and she would often binge on junk food.
She cut foods such as butter and mayonnaise from her diet to transform her figure.
