Although Kate has rarely spoken about her diet and exercise routine, sources have spoken out on what keeps her in such good shape.
Speaking to Mail Online, an expert claimed the Duchess is likely to be a tiny size six and have a 24 inch waist.
Kate has shown off her athletic skills and toned abs when taking part in sport at some royal events over the years.
The source explained Kate keeps an active lifestyle and enjoys cardio, such as running, to stay in shape.

The source said: “Kate is an exercise junkie. Pippa and Kate take their toned physiques extremely seriously.
The Duchess and her sister, Pippa, share a love of cardio and will also go to the gym together.
“She and Pippa enjoy strenuous make-up-free aqua aerobics sessions and larky water polo with William and Harry,” an insider told the publication.
“They worked hard in the gym at Kensington Palace, starting with cardio warm-ups, hip raises, diagonal and reverse lunges, stomach crunches, squats, calf raises, bridges and push-ups.”
The royal will also add some toning moves into her plan in order to keep her waistline small and she favours the plank.
“It tightens her muscles. There are three elements, the basic plank, side plank and the prone skydive,” the source explained.

“All of which are positions Kate can hold for 45 seconds or longer and repeat at least ten times each.”
The royal has also stayed fit playing sports throughout her life and is said to have an interest in skiing, tennis, swimming and hockey.
Kate is also thought to follow the Dukan Diet plan in a bid to keep a flat stomach.
She has reportedly used this strict diet plan at different times during her life to tone up.
What is the Dukan Diet?
First published in France, the diet plan is low in carbs and has different stages which dieters must stick to.
It is widely reported the Duchess used the plan when slimming down for her wedding and to shed baby weight.
However, it has also been claimed Kate will simply stay fit by cooking healthy meals at home and staying away from processed foods.
