She revealed she lost 21 inches in total from all over her body.
As the time she captioned an excited Instagram picture: “Too much fun with this one on my @cambridgeweightplan shoot – Isn’t just the best when you get to work with your friends?”
Speaking of her experience on the plan she said: “Here’s my silly little head feeling all giddy and happy because I reached my one stone target today on the @cambridgeweightplan. I’m SO thrilled.”
She revealed that struggling with health problems had slowed down her weight loss efforts.
Martine went on: “My loss was a tiny bit slower than the average person but to be honest I expected that as many diets/food plans didn’t work for me at all as the lymes disease and m.e can really play havoc with how your system works. [sic]
“Plus my consultant Donna stressed that my health is the most important thing so I took things a little more slowly whilst feeling more energised and even with health issues I’ve still managed to do it!
“Only 5 and a half weeks and My BMI is in a much healthier range – and on my step of the plan I love that I can still have my green juices, porridge and real food.”

The Cambridge Weight Plan sees dieters formulate a personalised plan.
Then it provides low calories meals, shakes, bars, soups, snacks and smoothies to aide dieting.
The plan’s website said: “Choose your personal diet Consultant who will help you create your Plan and give you the products you need.
“Keep on track with your Consultant’s support, and see the weight drop off.”
