Kevin Hogan, 37, had struggled with his weight and noticed the pounds pile on over the years.

Having gym memberships in the past, the slimmer struggled to stay motivated and lose weight.

After deciding that enough was enough, Kevin looked into different fitness options in his area.

Living next to a F45 studio in Brixton, Kevin decided to sign up for the classes.

Kevin soon became a regular and noticed his fitness start to improve very quickly.

What diet plan did he use?

The dieter attended classes for a while before deciding to take the plunge with a fitness challenge.

Kevin signed up for the Eight Week Challenge with the hopes of becoming even fitter.

Those taking part in the challenge combine a healthy high protein diet with regular training.

He cut alcohol from his diet and decided to stick to the diet with no cheat days to try and get the best results.

Kevin started each day with a workout on an empty stomach before filling up on a protein shake.

Soon, his friends and family started commenting on his results which motivated him to keep going.

Even after the challenge was finished, Kevin stuck with the training and noticed a huge transformation.

He slimmed down from 15st 4lb to a much healthier 12st 11lb.

Not only did Kevin manage to beat the bulge with the plan, he toned up and carved six pack abs.

While many have been struggling to train during the coronavirus lockdown, Kevin has remained committed to his workouts.

The dieter will regularly train by taking part in classes that are streamed via video chat.
