Kevin Hogan, 37, had struggled with his weight and noticed the pounds pile on over the years.

Having gym memberships in the past, the slimmer struggled to stay motivated and lose weight.

After deciding that enough was enough, Kevin looked into different fitness options in his area.

Living next to a F45 studio in Brixton, Kevin decided to sign up for the classes.

Kevin soon became a regular and noticed his fitness start to improve very quickly.

What diet plan did he use?

The dieter attended classes for a while before deciding to take the plunge with a fitness challenge.

Kevin signed up for the Eight Week Challenge with the hopes of becoming even fitter.

Those taking part in the challenge combine a healthy high protein diet with regular training.

The F45 website stated: “The F45 Challenge is a nutrition and training program focused on holistic well-being.

“The combination of F45’s style of training and the challenge meal plans are designed to help members transform their lives over the eight-week period.”

He cut alcohol from his diet and decided to stick to the diet with no cheat days to try and get the best results.
