  • 18 teaspoonsmoked paprika
  • 18 teaspoondried chipotle powder

    DIRECTIONS

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a simmer, whisking occasionally. Remove from heat and keep it warm until ready to serve. Just before serving, whisk again until all the ingredients are combined again.
  • Pour half of the sauce over cooked drumettes/wings and transfer chicken back to the oven (temperature off). Remove after 10 minutes and pour the rest of the sauce over. Serve immediately.
