I have used this recipe for several years. I think it was a pinterest find. If we have leftovers, I make gravy from the liquid and shred the beef and have beef hot shots later in the week.
- 3-4 lb chuck roast
- 1 envelope zesty Italian dressing mix
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 2 cups water
Add packets of dry mix to 2 cups water. stir to mix.
Add chuck roast to crockpot.
Cover roast with liquid mixture
Cook on low for 7-9 hrs
