Ingredients
- Fruit I would recommend strawberries as many as you need
- Milk as much as you think you need
- Honey of maple syrup for something sweet
Steps
Put your frozen fruit into a blender
Add a little bit milk at a time if there are chunks of fruit add More milk
Add some maple syrup or honey to add a little bit of a sweet pop to it
Blend until smooth. DO NOT FREEZE. And enjoy
