Ingredients
- 1 bundle String Beans, sliced to 3” long
- 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup less sodium soy sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- Minced garlic
- to taste Salt and pepper
Steps
Saute onion and garlic
Add pork, cook until golden brown color
Add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, do not over cook string beans. Serve
