  1. 1 bundle String Beans, sliced to 3” long
  2. 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
  3. 1/2 cup less sodium soy sauce
  4. 1 onion, sliced
  5. Minced garlic
  6. to taste Salt and pepper


  1. Saute onion and garlic

  2. Add pork, cook until golden brown color

  3. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, do not over cook string beans. Serve
