DIRECTIONS
Prepare spice rub blend.Pat tenderloin with paper towels to dry.Apply spice rub liberally to all sides of tenderloin, patting it well into the meat.Place in air fryer and cook at 400°F for 15 minutes.Coat tenderloin with barbecue sauce.Continue to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.Let rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting.***I cooked mine until about 135°F on an instant read thermometer.Once rested, it read 145°F.Source: Read Full Article
