  • 1 12 lbspork tenderloin
  • Spice Rub
  • 2tablespoonsartificial sweetener (Brown Sugar Swerve)
  • 1tablespoonsalt
  • 1teaspoonsmoked paprika
  • 1teaspoonground mustard
  • 12 teaspoonground pepper
  • 12 teaspooncumin
  • 14 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 14 ground cayenne pepper
  • 14 teaspoononion powder
  • 14 teaspoonturmeric
  • 12 cupbarbecue sauce, sugar free(I used G. Hughes)

    DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare spice rub blend.
  • Pat tenderloin with paper towels to dry.
  • Apply spice rub liberally to all sides of tenderloin, patting it well into the meat.
  • Place in air fryer and cook at 400°F for 15 minutes.
  • Coat tenderloin with barbecue sauce.
  • Continue to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
  • Let rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
  • ***I cooked mine until about 135°F on an instant read thermometer.Once rested, it read 145°F.
