- Spelt flour
- Perrier water
- Sea salt
- Grape seed oil
Bring Perrier water to a boil
Put spelt flour in bowl and add sea salt, agave and Perrier water and stir
Add Perrier water and spelt flour as needed for dough to have the consistency for kneading.
Lightly coat bottom of pan with grape seed oil over medium heat. Take part of dough and roll and flatten with hand.
Place in heated pan and allow to brown on both sides. ( you can brush the oil on the side of bread before turning over to be browned.
