Aloe Vera Mint Juice

Enjoy this healthy drink in early morning with empty stomach it takes hardly 5 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

  1. Fresh 5 leaves of Mint
  2. 1 Fresh Aloe vera
  3. 1 pinch Salt
  4. Buttermilk-2cups

Steps

  1. Take flesh from aloe vera with spoon.
    grind aloe fresh, salt, Mint, buttermilk in the blender.
    enjoy fresh refreshing drink in early morning.
    My Tip:

    You can add lemon, ginger too
