- 1 Aubergine
- Chilli powder (sprinkle)
- Olive Oil
Simply cut aubergine into thin slices.
Soak them in water so that it doesn’t get black.
Now, Grease your pan with olive Oil.
Start placing your sliced aubergine one by one.
Sprinkle some salt and chilli powder or seasoning of your choice.
Cook from both the sides until golden brown.
Tadaaaa it’s ready? isn’t it easy and quick.
