Ingredients
- Chicken 1 whole In pieces
- 2 tbsp Oil
- to taste Salt
- Lemon 1 squeezed
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic paste
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp whole spices (Garam masala)
- 1 tea spoon chat masala (optional)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 onion
- 1 green peper
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 green chilies
Steps
In a bowl mix all these ingredients and marinate the chicken for atleast 1 hr to taste.
Now chop all these veggies.
Preheat the oven at 300*C for 15 mins.
Then add chicken to a baking tray and also add the veggies.
Put it in the oven for 1 hr at 420*C. It’s ready to serve with naan or tortillas.
