Banana Nut Bread

Low-carb. I couldn’t find my loaf pan so I used my trusty cast iron skillet.

Ingredients

  1. Bread
  2. 1-1/2 cups almond flour
  3. 1 cup coconut flour
  4. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  5. 1/4 cup sour cream
  6. 3 ripe bananas
  7. 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  8. 3 large eggs
  9. 1 teaspoons baking soda
  10. 2/3 cup honey
  11. Whole Nuts
  12. 1/2 cup walnuts
  13. 1 cup cashew nuts
  14. Spices
  15. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  16. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  17. 1/3 teaspoon ground cloves
  18. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Mix the bread ingredients together. Mash the bananas well. Make sure everything is incorporated well.

  3. Add the nuts and spices.

  4. Add to a greased loaf pan and bake for forty minutes to an hour till its firm and done. Add butter pats on top.

  5. Serve with butter I hope you enjoy!!
