This was a simple flavorful meal. I also used a Medieval sauce, Sobre sauce.
- 1 pound round eye steak black angus
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt divided 8 ways
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper divided 8 ways
- 4 pats butter
- 1 pound Normandy blend broccoli
- 1 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Heat a skillet and season the steak. Then sear 4 minutes, each side. Steam the vegetables. I did mine in the microwave for 5 and a half minutes.
Add butter to the top.
Add steamed vegetables to the same skillet. Season with salt. Add the beef broth simmer till liquids are reduced. About 7 minutes.
