Black Angus Round Eye Steak

This was a simple flavorful meal. I also used a Medieval sauce, Sobre sauce.


  1. Steak
  2. 1 pound round eye steak black angus
  3. 1 teaspoon kosher salt divided 8 ways
  4. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper divided 8 ways
  5. 4 pats butter
  6. Vegetables
  7. 1 pound Normandy blend broccoli
  8. 1 teaspoons kosher salt
  9. 1/2 cup beef broth


  1. Heat a skillet and season the steak. Then sear 4 minutes, each side. Steam the vegetables. I did mine in the microwave for 5 and a half minutes.

  2. Add butter to the top.

  3. Add steamed vegetables to the same skillet. Season with salt. Add the beef broth simmer till liquids are reduced. About 7 minutes.
