Ingredients

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 3 slices emmentaler cheese
  3. Pinch salt
  4. Little oil
  5. 150 g frozen mixed veggies

Steps

  1. Cook the veggies in salted water till ready.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, transfer the veggies to the pan and add the 3 eggs, mix well, add salt if needed

  3. When eggs are set put slicesof emmentaler cheese so it melts
