- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 turkey breast cutlets (2 oz. each)

In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Pour milk into another shallow bowl. Dip turkey in milk, then roll in crumbs.
