- 1 Ripe tomato
- 1 quarter cup of black olives
- 1 Teaspoon olive oil
- Half a teaspoon of balsamic vinager (optional)
- Half a teaspoon of lemon juice
- to taste Salt & pepper

Steps
Cut the tomato into small squares and the olives into fourths
Mix the olive oil lemon and balsamic vinager salt and pepper to create a sauce
Then toast the 2 pieces of bread and then place the tomatoes olives and sauce
Plate and serve
