Cajun butter beans an shrimp


  1. 1 cup flour 1 cup oil – roux
  2. 3 (6 oz) packs fresh baby Lima beans
  3. Half stick butter
  4. 32 oz can rotel
  5. Water
  6. Cajun seasoning to your liking
  7. Red pepper half a teaspoon
  8. 3 tablespoons Parsley flakes
  9. Garlic powder to your liking
  10. 2 lbs decent size shrimp
  11. Cajun trinity onions,bellepeppers,celery
  12. Couple frozen packs all ready chopped


  1. Make your roux with flour an oil to dark brown

  2. Then add yeah season blend cook for minute or two then add rotel, and butter

  3. Add beans an stir good add water to cover beans an cook on simmer for 3 hours or till your beans or cooked down then add shrimp cook for about another hour !
