Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken mince
- Salt
- 1 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1 tsp Garlic ginger paste
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 2 tsp Crushed fried onion
- 1 tsp Curd
- 1 tsp Coriander powdet
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
Steps
Take chicken mince In a bowl and add above all ingredients and mix well.
Then marinate for 10mins. After that make round shape of the marinate.
Take a pan add little oil and add all kababs in it. Let it cook for 10 mins. After in change it color remove it.
Serve hot with chapatti
