Chicken Soup

Who doesn’t like a good spicy soup on cold day .. I prepared this using simple ingredients and very easy preparation with few ingredients.

Ingredients

  1. 250 gm Chicken with bone
  2. 1 Onion chopped
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 2/3 Clove garlic
  5. Turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  10. to taste Salt
  11. leaves Coriander
  12. 1/2 Cup Water

Steps

  1. Take a pressure cooker add all ingredients and add water according to the consistency you want and just put whistle 3/4 and it’s done.

  2. See it’s simple and easy and it’s very tasty and garnish with coriander leaves.
