Chili Mac

Easy peasy… just combine leftover ‘Dad’s chili’ with ‘Tomato pasta sauce’ from my recipes!

Ingredients

  1. Leftover 'Dad's Chili' (my recipe)
  2. Cheesy Tomato Pasta Sauce (my recipe)
  3. (Substitute mozz with cheddar, if desired)
  4. Macaroni noodles

Steps

  1. Cook macaroni noodles and drain, leave in strainer.

  2. In same saucepan, combine butter and milk/cream and heat until smooth.

  3. Add tomato sauce/puree, blend well, then add shredded cheese and stir until melted.

  4. Add leftover chili, heat for 3min, then stir in macaroni and remove from heat.

  5. Enjoy!!
