1. 3 lb ground hb meat
  2. 3 cups pinto beans cooked
  3. 1 onion
  4. 6 tbs chilli powder
  5. 4 tbs paprika
  6. 1 tbs garlic powder
  7. to taste Salt and pepper
  8. 3 tbs mesa or tortilla flour
  9. Shredded cheese
  10. Peppers i used Serrano and dragon cayenne


  1. Cook beans before hand or used can ones drained and rinsed

  2. Cook in meat with onions and peppers

  3. Use cheese grater to shred large potatoes grease and line pan with potatoes cook on stove top med high heat til u think the bottoms firm then transfer to over on brook for about 5 minutes take out let cool

  4. Semi drain grease add chopped tomatoes and seasoning let simmer eventually add to beans in a stew pot add flour let simmer chili is done
