Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup cooking oil
  2. 2 medium size onion
  3. 1 kg meat
  4. 3 medium size beetroot
  5. 4 cups water
  6. 4 medium size tomato
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Half tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp coriander powder
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 3 tsp ginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. Ek dekchi m oil add karen us m onion fry Karen jb onion lite brown hojae to us m meat add karen or jb tk bhone jb tk meat ka color change na hojae phir sare masale add karden with tomato and ginger garlic paste and…..add 4cups water and cooked 30 minutes..

  2. Beetroot ko cut kr k bhigoden and wash 4 times… after 30 minutes add beetroot on it and cooked more 20 minutes or us ko itna bhoone k oil uper ajaye..

  3. Garnish it with coriander leaves and green chillies and ready to serve
