Another cireng recipe. This time with veggies, so I don’t feel too guilty of eating only tapioca ?

Ingredients
- Base:
- 15 tbsp tapioca
- 220 ml water
- 4 garlics, made into a paste
- 1 green onion, slice
- Salt
- Pepper
- cube Chicken
- Veggies:
- 1/4 a cabbage, slice thinly
- 1/2 a carrots, shredded
- 1/2 an eggplant, thinly slice and cut small
- Other:
- 15 tbsp tapioca
- Oil for frying
Steps
Add the oil in a frying pan. Stir fry the veggies until soft. Set aside.
Add the tapioca for the base, water, seasonings and the veggies in a pan. Mix until combined.
Put the pan on the stove, then turn it on while mixing the base mixture.
Keep mixing until it becomes glue like and doesn’t stick to the pan. Take out the heat.
Mix the base mixture immediately with the other tapioca with a spatula to combine, careful because it is very hot.
Then with your hands, shape them into patties until all done.
Deep fry with medium low heat until crispy. Don’t use high heat, the will explode, so be very careful.
