Coconut Rice

  2. For seasoning :oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, grated coconut, red chili, salt, asafetida


  1. Heat the oil and season with mustard seeds, red chili, asafetida, salt, curry leaves and add grated coconut and roast it on a medium flame. Finally add cooked rice into it. Garnish with Fried papad before serving.
