Cold Brew with Dark Cocoa Almond Milk Foam


  1. Mocha Sauce
  2. 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  3. 1/4 cup sugar
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. Splash vanilla


  1. Let coffee grounds and water hangout overnight. Strain the mixture multiple times.

  2. Whisk everything except vanilla over medium high heat. The mixture should become thick after no more than 10 minutes. Remove from heat when it becomes thick, glossy, and coats the pan. Stir in vanilla. Transfer in an airtight bottle container.

  3. Blend then the 1 tbsp sauce in a 1 cup cold almond milk until foamy.

  4. Fill a glass with ice, cold coffee brew then the milk foam. Enjoy!
