Inspired by Coto makasar Indonesia, I create this chicken soup with my own version.
- Big & red onion
- Dry chili (optional)
Prep all your ingredients as as seen below in the picture and fry them one by one. Do not mixed except for the onion.
Fry them and blend it until become purée like seen below.add abit of water to blend it.
Then in your pot boil water then add in your chicken and also your herbs purée. Stir well and leave it to simmer for 15-20m.
Then add in salt and sugar.and u can add in the dry chili if u like it abit spicy.it is optional.done and ready to serve. Happy try
Tips: Chicken if can come with chicken heart. For the yummy taste of the gravy.
