Creamy Carrots & Corn

I havent tried making this yet but it looks good to me

Ingredients

  1. 2 tsp oil
  2. 1 med. Onion
  3. 4 large carrots
  4. 4 cloves garlic
  5. 1 lrg bag of frozen corn
  6. 8 oz. cream cheese
  7. 3/4 c chicken broth
  8. 1/2 c grated parmesan
  9. 1/4 tsp dried sage
  10. 1 tsp smoked paprika
  11. 1 tsp celery salt
  12. 1/4 tsp thyme
  13. to taste Salt & pepper

Steps

  1. Add oil to skillet with med heat. Then add onions, garlic and carrots

  2. Just as the carrots begin to soften, add corn and all the spices.

  3. Add broth and cream cheese and stir until cream cheese is melted

  4. Then add the parmesan and cook for 6-7 minutes. Garnish with some fresh parsley and serve
