Creamy chicken pasta


  1. 500 g chicken
  2. 1 tsp paprika, cayenne and Cajun powder
  3. 500 g your choice of pasta
  4. 1 green pepper
  5. 1 red pepper
  6. 1 tbs butter
  7. Pasta sauce
  8. 600 ml thickened cream
  9. 1/2 cup full cream milk
  10. 1/2 tsp basil
  11. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  12. 1/2 chilli flakes
  13. 1 tsp salt
  14. 1 cup cheese (I used mozzarella)


  1. Coat chicken with good amount of paprika, cayenne and Cajun. In a skillet put butter and fry the chicken till it’s cooked

  2. Boil the pasta in a pot. I chose fettuccine for pasta. You can choose whichever you like

  3. For pasta sauce, you sauté some garlic and red+green peppers till they are soft. Add thickened cream and full cream milk (or whatever u like).

  4. Add some salt, pepper,basil and chilli flakes. Add the cheese. Let it simmer and add the cooked pasta in it.

  5. Toss it through the sauce

  6. We didn’t mix the chicken in the pasta. I wanted to keep it separate but you can mix it if you like.

  7. Serve it warm with some parsley. I added some chilli olive oil on mine.
