Crunchy Nile perch

Lovin this fish… not too strong a taste and makes a great cheap meal

Ingredients

  1. Slice perch
  2. Flour
  3. to taste Salt and pepper
  4. Cayenne pepper

Steps

  1. Marinade the perch to taste for 20 mins. Have a plate of flour and cayenne pepper ready

  2. Double dip both sides… have a good covering

  3. Fry on medium high for 8 mins

  4. Flip… cook for another 8 mins… may get a tad smokey ?

  5. Serve with a couple of mini bell peppers… just for shitsngiggles… oh add a nice strong vinegar. Gives it some bite.
