Lovin this fish… not too strong a taste and makes a great cheap meal
Ingredients
- Slice perch
- Flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
Steps
Marinade the perch to taste for 20 mins. Have a plate of flour and cayenne pepper ready
Double dip both sides… have a good covering
Fry on medium high for 8 mins
Flip… cook for another 8 mins… may get a tad smokey ?
Serve with a couple of mini bell peppers… just for shitsngiggles… oh add a nice strong vinegar. Gives it some bite.
