Pampering kids with quick food

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Indian flour or atta
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. Water estimated to make mixture
  4. Pinch cardamom powder
  5. Pinch baking soda

Steps

  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. Now add just little water to make very hard thick liquid mixture

  3. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes

  4. Take a pan to deep fry them

  5. Put refined oil

  6. Stay at low flame

  7. Use spoon to make small balls like I show in the picture

  8. Deep fry at low flame

  9. Sweet cutipies are ready
