Dahi phulki

Traditional taste and bst recipe for ramdan!!!

Ingredients

  1. For phulki
  2. 1 tbs Salt
  3. 2 tsp Cumin seed whole
  4. 1 Egg
  5. Water for mixing
  6. Oil for frying
  7. 1 tsp Baking soda
  8. For yougrt
  9. 1 kg Yougrt
  10. Salt 1 tsp or as required
  11. 1 tsp Cumin seed pow
  12. 1 tbs Chat masla

Steps

  1. First in flour add salt,cumin seed,egg and baking soda then make a paste using water and then mix it vry well and leave it for 20 min at some warm place like i place it in microwave oven don’t turn it on jst put the mixture in it and leave it for 20 min

  2. Then after 20 min take a krahai and put some oil in it after its ready start adding your mixture with a spoon slowly make phulki one by one keep your flame medium not too high and also don’t add too many at same time take some water in a big bowl and after frying keep them in water for few minutes after all mixture is finished takeout all the pulkis out of water one by one by gently pressing them with your hand takeout the water and keep them in a basket so the remaining water strains

  3. Now in yougrt add salt,cumin pow and chat masla and mix it well. When its ready add phulkis in to it and lastly on top add some imli sauce and chat masla for taste and garnishing u can also add coriander leaves if u like!!!
