This nun roti is an ideal breakfast/evening snack.Serve it with omlet, Vegetables curry, chicken/beaf/muttun curry and enjoy.?
Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- Butter as required
- Salt as required
- 2 Teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup sour yougard
- 1/4 tablespoon east
- Half boiled water as required
Steps
In a big bowl, mix all ingredients without butter and make a liquid dough to make roti.
Keep the bowl asaid for half an hour while the East is active.
Now in a Tawa, brush some butter and heat it.Take some dough in a large spoon and put them on the Tawa and round the spoon to give the dough shape as roti. Cover the Tawa and wait until it perfectly cooked and remains soft flafy roti.
Bring it from the stove and serve it with vegetables/chicken curry or omlet etc.Enjoy.
