Easy Japanese Rice Bowl

Quick and delicious meal you can make in minutes!


  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 cup White or brown rice
  3. 1 Green onion chopped
  4. 1 Tb Furikake Japanese rice seasoning
  5. 1 Tb Soy Sauce
  6. Oil for frying


  1. Make pot of steamed white rice or brown rice.

  2. Take both eggs and fry in frying pan using oil of your choice or non-stick cooking spray

  3. Once both eggs are cooked to likeness add on top of cooked rice.

  4. Add 1 TB of Furikake rice seasoning, chopped green onion, and soy sauce.

  5. Enjoy
