Easy steamed chicken

This recipe requires a good quality chicken, best using the free range kampung chicken and it will be simply verysavoury


  1. 1 chicken
  2. 1/2 tablespoon salt
  3. 25 g Ginger, shred thinly
  4. 3 Tablespoon Sesame Oil


  1. Rub the chicken with salt and let it sit for 15 mins

  2. Steam the chicken until cooked, around 45 mins on medium heat

  3. In a pan, add sesame oil and ginger. Fry until Ginger is golden crispy

  4. Pour hot sesame oil immediately to the cooked steamed chicken and it’s done ?
