I don’t remember where I came upon this recipe, but I’ve stuck with it since I’ve found it. I hope you like it
Ingredients
- 1/2 large orange (finely chopped with peel)
- 1 1/2 lbs cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 8 0z can of crushed pineapple (drained)
Steps
Cook cranberries and sugar over medium heat until cranberries pop and combine with sugar to make a “syrup”
In a bowl mix cranberries and apricot preserves until melted together
Mix in the rest of the ingredients, cover and refrigerate til chilled well
